Jeremy Worley was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico in 1981.  His father Mike Worley was an attorney who practiced law in Roswell for 40 years, while his mother, Pam Worley taught first grade for 25 years.  Jeremy credits his parents for instilling in him the importance of hard work and discipline at a young age.

Jeremy attended Goddard High School in Roswell where he played four years of basketball and baseball, earning all-district and all-academic honors.  Following high school, Jeremy attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas to study Finance.

As a diehard Baylor fan, he enjoyed every minute of his college experience. From the athletic events and intramural games to the faith-based education, and life-changing friendships, Baylor was a dream come true for him.   Jeremy obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2003. Most importantly, however, while at Baylor, Jeremy met his wife Lauren.  After five years of dating (yes, it took that long to convince her), they were married in 2006.

After graduating from Baylor University, Jeremy began working in the Baylor University Admissions Department as an Admissions Counselor.  Tasked with directing all aspects of recruitment and application review for the Austin and San Antonio regions, Jeremy worked closely with families and high schools in the recruitment process of prospective students.  He loved the personal bonds formed with students and their families in the recruitment process because it was an opportunity to help students take a step towards achieving dreams.   While his two years in the Admissions Department were some of the most rewarding of his life, Jeremy ultimately felt called to pursue a career in law.

He attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now named Texas A&M School of Law) in Fort Worth, Texas where he earned his law degree from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2008. Graduating in the Top 10% of his law school class, he earned the prestigious cum laude graduation designation for his academic success.

Following law school graduation, Jeremy and Lauren moved to Roswell in 2008, where Jeremy began practicing personal injury and workers’ compensation law.  His entire legal career has focused exclusively on these two practice areas, enabling him to form distinctive, specialized skills to help his clients.

In September 2017, Jeremy joined his brother Josh in opening The Injury and Disability Law Center—the product of a dream to build a law office uniquely designed and created to serve the specific needs of injury and disability clients.

Attorney Jeremy Worley with his familyJeremy and Lauren have two daughters- Meg, age 7 and Faith, age 4.   Lauren is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist who owns and operates her own speech therapy business called, Speech Therapy Solutions.  She contracts out with various organizations, including the Roswell Independent School District and the Down Syndrome Foundation, to provide speech therapy services to children.   Meg and Faith love dance, ballet, and anything with dolls. Outnumbered in a house of all girls, Jeremy has fully embraced the joy of tea parties, dolls, and dance recitals.

Jeremy is very involved with his community and his church.  He is a deacon at Christ’s Church where he has served for the past six years.  He has also served with the following organizations: Reflections and Recovery Ministry in Roswell, a faith-based ministry that helps individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction; the Roswell Homeless Coalition, a group working towards a solution to end homelessness in Roswell; and the Down Syndrome Foundation.

He has dedicated his professional life to helping people that have been injured.  He starts by listening and genuinely caring for each client.  When someone comes to The Injury and Disability Law Center it usually means things are not going to well in their life, and they need help.  Starting with the simple question, “How can I make life better for you” Jeremy takes a holistic approach with each client--- recognizing that each client has unique needs, and his goal is to help meet those needs.
