A 56-year-old male who injured his arm while working on a drilling rig in the oil field.  The injury left him with only 10% use of his left arm.  As a result of this injury, he was no longer able to work.  After getting denied at the application and reconsideration level, we represented him at a hearing where we were able to successfully get him approved for benefits.  The client received $54,717 in back pay benefits as a result of his approval and continues to get monthly benefits going forward.
